Noosh — Cocktail Bar, Paris
Opened July 27th, 2024 | 40 Rue Jacques Louvel-Tessier, 10th Arrondissement, Paris
Noosh is an intimate cocktail bar in Paris, designed to offer a warm, inviting space for exceptional drinks, flavorful food, and relaxed gatherings. The concept is inspired by Angel’s Trumpet, a flower I’ve long admired, and the design reflects this through floral motifs and handcrafted tile work influenced by Iranian architecture—especially Aynekari mirror mosaics.
The name Noosh means "cheer" in Farsi, and also refers to flower nectar or something sweet to sip—an idea we brought to life through both the drinks and the space. The interior blends elements of a classic Parisian bistro with contemporary craftsmanship and storytelling, creating a unique atmosphere that feels both familiar and fresh. The Surafees, objects and materials were either made sur mesure for the space, or handpicked and collaborated with artisans.
It was a joy to collaborate with Mana to help realize her vision for this space.
